I am amused on those occasions when I discover that my significantly older husband still hasn’t learned which were obvious to me years ago. For instance I have known for a long time that it is a mistake to kiss someone directly on the neck immediately after they have just used fragrance cosmetics. I would have thought my husband had learned that one by now, but apparently not. I applied my fragrance cosmetics right after I got out of the shower about half an hour ago. I had only just used my fragrance cosmetics when my husband kissed me on the neck near my ear where I had just sprayed with perfume. I expected him to register the nasty bitter taste of my fragrance cosmetics right away but there was a thirty second delay before my husband reacted. The delayed reaction actually made it even funnier when he made a funny spitting noise and said, “Ewww honey I just got a mouthful of your perfume!” I doubt he will kiss me on the neck again after I have just applied fragrance cosmetics.
