perfumes and colognes, discount perfumeIt is now the start of November and many of us are looking forward to Thanksgiving. But as my friend said the other day, “November is just a precursor to the holidays.” I have to agree. If November goes as quick as October did then it is going to be time for holiday shopping in no time. That brings up another issue. Figuring out what to buy for friends and family who never hint at what they want. I never understand this. My mom always says the same thing every year, “I don’t want anything but to be with my boys.” As nice as that is, it doesn’t help buying a gift.

My fallback is always perfumes and colognes. Who couldn’t use a great new scent? Perfumes and colognes are as universal as gift cards. As long as they smell good. I try to shop for discount perfume or cologne online only after sampling the smell in a magazine ad.  It would not be the best to get a discount perfume where the gift recipient nostrils flair up in a “what is that” kind of action when checking out the bottle.
