My sister has always been very creative when it comes to entertaining on a budget. When we were in collage she came up with the discount perfume exchange party. Back then we would often spend our money on discount perfume and we would often only wear the discount perfume once or twice before losing interest in it. One night my sister looked at the collection of unused bottles of discount perfume taking up space. She thought it was time to get rid of them, but did not want to through them out.

She knew a lot of other ladies on campus were in the same boat as us. Not a lot of money but the love of discount perfume. She proposed we hold a small perfume exchange party. We would invite a couple of friends over and ask them to bring their collection of unused perfume. We would spend the night trying out each other’s discount perfume collections. At the end of the night we would exchange or trade perfumes.

It was a huge success. As other friends heard about the party they wanted to come to it as well. In the end we had it up to 10 ladies. We started holding perfume exchange parties once a month, sometimes twice. I never knew how popular discount perfume was until then. I knew I bought it because I could afford it. It was the same with everyone else. The idea of sharing or exchanging perfumes with each other was a great idea. One I still do, even though I can afford all the perfume I want now. It is a great way to have a fun night with friends. My co-workers are always asking when I am going to have the next one. It also keeps me from becoming stagnated and stale. I don’t stick to just one perfume. I am not afraid to try new scents.

It is funny though how habits learned early on can become life-long. Even though I can afford to pay full price for my perfumes I still prefer to buy discount perfume. Why spend money I don’t have to. I found a wonderful place to buy my perfume at discount prices. The store is called What A Superstore and is located at www.whatasuperstore.com. I just ordered Amor Amor by Cacharel Women Eau De Toilette Spray 1 oz from them yesterday. I am looking forward to trying it out. If I don’t I will just add it to my collection of perfumes to exchange. I can always find new perfumes to try at What A Superstore.
