I caught my little sister looking through my skin care products the other day. At first I was upset that she was going through my things. However, I took the time to find out what she was doing with my skin care products. She wants to look pretty and thought my skin care products would help. She has started breaking out a little. She is on the right track but needs different skin care products then what I use.

I gave her one of the moisturizers I don’t use anymore as well as my skin cleanser. I showed her how to use them properly. It will help a little bit but she really needs skin care products designed to work with her skin type and issues. I just don’t get blemishes anymore, so I have nothing to treat or prevent them.

She tried to talk with Mom and Dad about it, but they think she is beautiful just the way she is. The same as they were with me when I was her age. They lump skin care products with make-up. Now I understand their concern, but I also know how important it is to learn how to properly take care of our skin. There is a big difference between wearing make-up and using skin care products to have healthy skin. I had a sit down with Mom and Dad and explained that I wanted to give my sister skin care products and teach her how to have healthy skin. Surprisingly they thanked me and said they were fine with that.

I did not start using skin care products until I had my first job and could buy what I needed. I could not wait until I could have smooth soft skin like I do now. If nothing else I can make sure my sister has the skin she wants by giving her the skin care products she needs for Christmas.

My first shopping stop was to replace my skin cleanser at a store called What A Superstore located at www.whatasuperstore.com/. I figured seeing as I was there I would shop around for Christmas. It was fun finding things for my sister. I found everything she needs and a few extras she will love.  I found this Contradiction by Calvin Klein Women Sheer Body Powder 3.5 oz. for myself as well. I so happy because I even found a couple of gifts for my Mom and Dad at What A Superstore.
